Contact support
To help us answer quickly, include:
- The email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
- Your user ID: in the app, open Profile and long-press User ID to copy it.
- Which Spatiorama it’s about, if any (its share link works), and what happened.
- Your device and app version, for a problem in the app.
Credits and plans
Creating a Spatiorama uses credits, and the cost is shown next to Create before you confirm. Plans include a monthly allowance, and subscribers can top up with credit packs. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
Embedding a Spatiorama in your website
On the Standard plan and up, you can show a Spatiorama inside your own web page. In the app, open the Spatiorama’s details and copy the code under Export › Embed, then paste it into your page’s HTML. It fills the width of the page with a 16:9 frame. Embeds work while your plan is active; the share link itself works on every plan.
A Spatiorama failed or looks wrong
If a Spatiorama or an HQ mesh fails, we’re notified and look into it: we either fix it or return its credits to your balance (you can check under Profile › Credit history). Until then it stays in your library. If it isn’t resolved soon, contact us with the email on your account. For better results, see our tips for the best photos.
Purchases and subscriptions
- A purchase isn’t showing: open Profile and tap Restore Purchases.
- Cancelling: subscriptions are managed by the store you bought in: your Apple ID settings on iPhone, or Google Play on Android.
